We're looking for one ECE who wants to shape something, not just advise it.

I'm Cheshta, co-founder of twomimi, an early-stage Toronto company. Our vision is simple: that every learner, at every stage of life, meets the right tool at the right moment, guided by someone who feels confident rather than someone who had to become an expert first. We build developmentally-sequenced learning kits for classrooms, therapy settings, and eventually every age of learner, and we wrap them in the thing most tools are missing: real developmental guidance. We're looking for a Registered ECE (or a recent RECE now teaching) to join us as a founding advisor. This is a hands-in-the-clay role, not a logo-on-the-website one. You'd help us pressure-test how our kits and play guides actually hold up in a real room, full of real children, on a real Tuesday. A few honest things, so we both save time: This is an advisory role with equity, not a salaried position. We're early, and we're building carefully. We need someone who has actually run a classroom or a program, not someone who's only read about it. We care more about your instinct for what makes a child lean in than about your title. Bilingual (English/French) is a lovely bonus, not a must.
