About The Role
The Supply Chain Analyst at Belron Canada plays a vital role in supporting the company's supply chain and distribution operations through advanced data analysis and reporting. Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, the analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), support ad hoc analytical requests, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL is essential to succeed in this position. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping optimize supply chain processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or related roles. Bilingual proficiency in French and English to facilitate communication across diverse teams and stakeholders. A strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and best practices. Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Proficiency in Power BI for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interpret data and present findings effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive analyses related to supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Collect, consolidate, and validate operational data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders. Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis results clearly to internal teams and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and define analytical requirements. Support supply chain and distribution teams with ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs. Maintain and improve existing data systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms. Assist in the development of new analytical tools and reports to enhance decision-making processes.
