Business Development Operations Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to drive strategic alignment, oversee key initiatives, and ensure our business development organization operates efficiently. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do:

• Organize and run business development programs and transformation initiatives.

• Review and synthesize reports on pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and operational metrics.

• Prepare briefing materials and updates for the executive leadership.

• Lead planning processes, including goal setting and KPI development.

• Establish and maintain operating rhythm, including team meetings and strategic reviews.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and team processes.

• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or similar role supporting leadership.

• Comfort level with financial and performance data analysis.

• Experience in the technology or professional services sector (desirable).

• Advanced level of English.
