About the role
The Pricing Coordinator supports the Pricing team by coordinating pricing administration functions related to customer RFPs and bid submissions. The role is focused on ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and submission of pricing information while maintaining compliance with established timelines and processes. Specific Responsibilities include: Create and distribute RFP pricing workbooks, ensuring accurate and complete stakeholder input. Consolidate pricing submissions and prepare final customer bid documents for submission. This includes supporting the Sales team by fixing any pricing errors that prevent bid platform uploads. Work close with Sales Support and coordinate pricing timelines, communicate deadlines, and support adherence to bid processes. Maintain pricing data within CRM and reporting systems to support accurate analytics and reporting of pricing statistics. Analyze pricing data and trends, providing insights to support business decisions. Troubleshoot pricing-related issues and support successful bid platform submissions. Assist with pricing initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Our Ideal Candidate will possess: Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. General knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI and other data visualization or reporting tools. Familiarity with customer bid platforms and tender/RFP processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This job is classified under NOC Code: 13100.
