About the role
Director of Product (Mature-Stage Crypto/Fintech Infrastructure)
Location: Vancouver, BC (5 days/week in office)
We're looking for an experienced Director of Product to help shape the future of one of the most technically ambitious developer platforms in digital assets.
Working directly with the founders and engineering leadership, you'll define product strategy, build and mentor a growing product team, and help transform complex infrastructure into intuitive products used by developers around the world.
What you'll do Own product strategy and roadmap for a highly technical platform. Lead and mentor a growing team of Product Managers. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver exceptional developer experiences. Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives. Improve developer onboarding, self-serve adoption, and platform usability. Work directly with customers and ecosystem partners to shape the product roadmap.
What we're looking for Product leadership experience in developer platforms, infrastructure, fintech, or crypto. Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with engineering teams. Experience building APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or platform products. Proven ability to lead teams, influence strategy, and ship products at scale.
