About the role
Role: The AI Growth Partner Company: Ontario Digital Academy (ODA) Location: Mississauga & GTA (Contract) Marcus used to spend Sunday nights doing email. Monday mornings figuring out who to call. He doesn't anymore. His AI system briefs him at 7 AM—inbox triaged, leads ranked, calendar clear—and he starts every week already knowing what matters. We built that for Marcus. We're looking for someone who can walk into a room and get the next Marcus to say yes. This isn't a job where you recite a script and hope. It's a job where you sit across from a mortgage broker, a financial advisor, an insurance pro—someone billing $300 an hour who's drowning in $20-an-hour work—and you show them a way out they didn't know existed. If you need a script to sound confident, this isn't for you. If you've ever sold something you didn't fully believe in, this also isn't for you—because the moment a prospect senses you're reciting rather than believing, they're gone, and so is your commission. If, on the other hand, you like being the person in the room who sees the gap before the client does—this might be the best seat you've ever had.
🔹 What you're actually doing: Getting the right professionals into our AI Workshop, our Audit, and our full Setup Following your own pipeline—no hand-holding, no script, your instincts Building real relationships with the venues and communities where our people gather Being the face of ODA before anyone signs anything
🔹 What matters more than a resume: You've sold something before and you know the difference between convincing someone and helping them decide You can hold your own in a room of $150–$400/hr professionals—not intimidated, not overselling You manage your own week. Nobody's checking in on you daily. 💰 How you're paid: Your income has no ceiling, because our clients see the return in under four weeks—which means the second sale is always easier than the first. 20% per Workshop seat 10% per Audit 10% per full Setup We're starting with three of these roles, not ten. We'd rather get three people right than ten people average.

What We Do
We run two connected programs:
▶ Track 1 — Digital Literacy & Cybersecurity (Small Business & Community) We deliver interactive workshops that teach small business owners, newcomers, and professionals how to use AI tools, protect their data, and operate confidently in a digital world. When they're ready to implement, we connect them with vetted experts from our Advisory Board who help them do it — for a fair fee. A portion of that fee comes back to ODA to fund the next free workshop.
▶ Track 2 — Enterprise Advisory & Implementation Our Advisory Board — C-suite executives, PhDs, and university professors — work with larger organizations on AI strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity frameworks. A portion of every engagement is reinvested into community programs.
The Result A self-sustaining ecosystem where enterprise knowledge trickles down to the community — and the community grows stronger with every engagement.
