Roles & Responsibilities
Platform Administration: Manage, monitor, and maintain AVI Networks and VMware NSX platforms. Perform routine health checks, upgrades, and patch management. Incident & Problem Management: Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and outages related to AVI and NSX environments. Troubleshoot and analyze root causes, implementing corrective actions. Configuration & Change Management: Implement configuration changes and updates as per change management processes. Document configurations, processes, and procedures. Performance Optimization: Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Tune load balancing, network segmentation, and security policies. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with application, network, and security teams to support business requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during deployments and migrations. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary controls. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive operational documentation. Generate regular reports on platform performance, incidents, and changes. "
