Supply Chain Manager – North America
As our new North America Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead and optimise supply chain operations across the region, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products while delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll drive operational excellence, embed best practice planning and logistics processes, and play a key role in improving performance, supporting business growth and contributing to our overall commercial success.
Key responsibilities: Lead and develop the regional Supply Chain team, providing day-to-day support while driving continuous improvement. Drive Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and support the deployment of the global S&OP process to improve planning, service and operational performance. Enhance sales-to-supply chain processes, improving forecasting, order quality, customer fulfilment and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee regional customer service, procurement, shipping and logistics activities, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and high service levels. Develop and implement standardised processes, KPIs and reporting to improve supply chain performance, data quality and operational visibility. Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver supply chain strategy, optimise working capital and support business growth.
What we’re looking for: Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience leading supply chain operations within a North American or global manufacturing environment, ideally within the chemicals industry. Demonstrated success delivering supply chain transformation, process improvement and change management initiatives. Strong understanding of sales-to-supply chain processes, including forecasting, order management, planning and customer service. Experience leading and developing teams within a matrix organisation, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
