Funding Management System ongoing business requirements analysis and definition supporting the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) portfolios in the completion of the Funding Management System including future projects and system enhancements. Acting the single point of contact representing the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) SMEs in the completion of the Funding Management System while collaborating with the vendor on: Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering Supporting the Development User Story refinement during the various Sprints Supporting User Acceptance Testing Participating in Sprint Reviews and Back Log management Ensuring that the vendor business requirements are captured and completed in accordance with the Agency highest standards. Supporting the business needs development of the Agency Enterprise CRM roadmap in partnership with various business stakeholders.

Ability to create business process flows and User Stories in Azure Dev Ops in support of designing and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions. Ability to create business test cases to facilitate Salesforce CRM Funding Management System user testing. Creation of appropriate business documentation artifacts in support of the Funding Management System pre go-live and post go-live
