Proven experience in application development, including analysis, design, development and delivery of solutions in a structured environment; Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and Cobol development; Experience with central office tools and practices, including Endevor, Zeke, and log analysis; Good understanding of the insurance industry and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; Mastery of Agile and DevOps practices, including automation, frequent deliveries and production support; Leadership, autonomy and ability to bring several files to fruition; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders; Knowledge of Natural and Assembler languages is an asset.
