Required Skills: Business Analysis- Lead requirements gathering sessions, create Epics & User Stories based on requirements gathered Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics etc. Exposure to DevOps tools (such as Bitbucket and SourceTree) Agile scrum methodology Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities Salesforce Admin certification
