CRM Specialist Location: Toronto, ON (Dufferin & Highway 401) Work Arrangement: Full-time | 100% Onsite (5 days/week) Industry: Dental Technology & Services

About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established and growing organization in the dental industry seeking an organized, analytical, and hands-on CRM Specialist to join their marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in managing CRM operations, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and improving customer engagement through data, automation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities CRM & Marketing Operations (Approximately 80%) Maintain and organize CRM data, ensuring contact records remain accurate and up to date. Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and event communications. Create and maintain contact lists, audience segments, and customer lifecycle stages. Support marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns. Track campaign performance and prepare reports on email engagement, lead generation, and marketing results. Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and data quality.

Marketing Support (Approximately 20%) Assist with broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects. Support event coordination, marketing administration, reporting, and research. Help ensure projects are completed on time and marketing priorities are executed efficiently.

What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a marketing, CRM, or marketing operations role. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform. Knowledge of email marketing, contact management, reporting, and campaign execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or basic design software is considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 Comprehensive health and benefits package. Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
