Job details
Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Front Office, Trading Desks and Middle Office. Support portfolio management, order management and trade lifecycle initiatives. Bridge business requirements with technology teams. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements. Create functional specifications, process flows and user stories. Break requirements into sprint-ready stories and acceptance criteria. Work with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization. Review source code/workflows to understand and validate business processes. Track delivery, risks, dependencies and blockers. Support Agile practices and continuous improvement. Communicate with senior stakeholders and technology teams. Must Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field. Capital Markets Business Analysis experience. Strong Front Office & Portfolio Management Systems experience. Good understanding of portfolio management and trade lifecycle. Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have SQL/data analysis and data validation experience. Exposure to Bloomberg, Charles River or BlackRock Aladdin. CSM/PSM or other Agile certification.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field and experience in capital markets business analysis are required. Candidates should have strong Front Office and portfolio management systems experience, understand portfolio management and the trade lifecycle, and demonstrate analytical, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
