Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in API-led integrations and enterprise system connectivity. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define, document, and deliver API-based solutions that enable seamless integration across platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for API-driven solutions. Define API integration requirements, interface specifications, and data mappings. Collaborate with solution architects and development teams on RESTful service design and implementation. Analyze API request/response payloads and troubleshoot integration issues. Create process flows, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications. Work with external vendors and internal technology teams on system-to-system integrations. Support testing activities including API validation, integration testing, and UAT. Ensure compliance with enterprise integration, security, and data governance standards. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies. Proven experience working with REST APIs, API integrations, JSON/XML payloads, and microservices-based architectures. Experience analyzing API requests/responses and troubleshooting integration issues using tools such as Postman or Swagger. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and reconcile large datasets. Experience writing complex SQL queries and performing data validation across multiple systems. Experience documenting API contracts, interface requirements, and data mappings. Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
