Configure and develop BMC ITSM solutions, including Remedy workflows, service request catalogues, CMDB structures, and incident, problem, and change management functionality. Analyze customer requirements and support integrations, ticket brokering, and data loading across ITSM systems.

Provide business analysis services for the Clinical Data Foundation Program by gathering, documenting, and analyzing stakeholder and subject matter expert requirements.
