Position and Responsibilities

Cameco is one of the world's largest uranium producers and a leading provider of nuclear fuel processing services, supplying much of the world's reactor fleet with the fuel to generate one of the cleanest sources of electricity available today. As a marketing analyst, your responsibilities will include market, economic and strategic analysis in support of the company's global marketing initiatives. You will develop and analyse sales concepts, draft sales recommendations, manage the internal approval process and prepare offers for submission to customers. In addition, you will deliver written and verbal reports, work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment, and produce customized presentations for the senior marketing team. You will have exceptional writing and presentation preparation skills.

Education and Qualifications

Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, marketing or a related field 
  • At least three years of relevant work experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered 
  • Exceptional computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of economic modelling and financial metrics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel is a requirement of this position


  • International experience or perspective
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Understanding of the nuclear industry
