We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert who’ll be tasked with helping us efficiently deliver projects with high value to the organization. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's transformation. You’ll be at the forefront of enabling the business to reach its goals in the context of rapid and intense system changes. You’ll be reporting to the Manager, Transformation, Order to cash Parts, Accessories and Apparel (OTC PA&A)

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the business and its impacts on other business units.
• Be a key player and collaborate with consultants, project team and business representatives toward a single and same goal.
• Proactively address and raise process gaps timely and at the appropriate level.
• Test and validate the system solutions, integrated in the business process of your unit and others.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience related to order management and supply chain in a spare parts or retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant disciplines related to the business area.
• You are recognized as a reference in your business process area.
• You have experience in SAP ECC or SAP/S4/Hana environment, SD modules.
• You are curious and wish to learn end-to-end process integrations.
• Your tenacity drives your problem-solving skills.
• Your critical thinking enables you to recommend rational decisions based on facts.
• Your good spirit drives your ability to establish and maintain collaborative business relationships.
• You are recognized as having strong analytical skills for problem resolution.
• You are comfortable with evolving priorities and new requirements.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
