You will be working with our customers to deliver professional services in a variety of areas, including technology strategy, information security, business continuity, compliance, and IT best practices.
The ideal candidate has a mix of consulting experience, familiarity with information technology & security, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with team members to leverage the best solutions for our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to the management of application lifecycle
- Environment deployment
- Data refresh
- Code deployment
- Modelstore promotions (AX 2012)
- Perform system monitoring and diagnostics
- Collaborate with end users, project manager and management for system enhancements and upgrades
- Provide end user training and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions
- Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Propose tangible solutions to avoid repeatable errors
- Provide guidance for system changes and enhancements
- Create user accounts, delete accounts, create/change permissions by account; user profiles, page layouts, security in Dynamics 365
- Create and/or enhance end user documentation

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;

- Able to communicate with customers on technical related topics
