In your role, you will

  • You are the resource person for all the program processes and you promote them;
  • You act as the expert for programs processes and interact with process experts from other functions;
  • List, centralize, document, harmonize, and improve the business processes of the programs function by working closely with engineering, procurement, methods, customer service, finance, etc.;
  • Analyze, identify, propose and implement improvements to programs processes;
  • Organize and lead process improvement workshops;
  • Coordinate and participate to the update of the BM;
  • Support the deployment of programs IT tools
  • Support users in the program team during the deployment phase of new tools and processes;
  • Define a master plan for the development and revision of the Bombardier Manuals (BM) and processes for the programs function;
  • Support the deployment of the Programs Academy including a curriculum of courses aligned with the progression of program analysts;
  • Develop training modules and train the program analysts.

As our ideal candidate

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
  • You have a strong understanding of the programs processes;
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in programs, business analysis, industrial engineering or equivalent;
  • Working experience in the aerospace industry is an asset;You have experience in project management as well as knowledge of aircraft development cycle;
  • You have good presentation skills and are attentive to details;
  • You have excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills;
  • You are organized, a vector of change and focused on solutions;;
  • You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.;You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives, and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches
