What will your typical day look like?

You will assist with daily operations and special projects related to the firm’s internal CRM. You will provide user support and training to CRM users, assist in troubleshooting and tracking integration issues with enterprise systems. You will engage with key stakeholders to understand business challenges, related processes, analyze gaps and derive business requirements. You will maintain and coordinate updates for reference data management. You will develop SQL data extractions in accordance to business requirements. You will analyze data and document scenarios to frame the problem and present to stakeholders. You will assist with small projects ranging from requirements gathering, to processing documentation, functional design review, developing use cases and testing.

As a member of the Marketing Technology team, you will work alongside a team dedicated to supporting internal technologies, platforms and tools that drive the firm’s go-to-market strategy for sales and marketing. We push the boundaries and make great things happen at Deloitte and for our clients.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst,
  • Experience working in an enterprise system, preferably CRM (Siebel / Salesforce an asset),
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies, documentation, analysis and reporting,
  • Robust verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technology (e.g. Excel, Teams, etc.), SQL, data analytics,
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines,
  • Ability to navigate between business and technology and be able to present ideas in a logical and easily understandable manner.
