The Product Manager, Fraud and ID Solutions is responsible for developing and executing on strategic product plans that will support full life-cycle product management including revenue and profitability performance and new product innovation. Other responsibilities include understanding and influencing company strategic direction, direct engagement with the marketplace to gather the voice of the customer, and executing on a platform evolution and product portfolio management, inclusive of the go to market strategy.

What you'll do

  • Product & Platform Management: Responsible for life-cycle management of a portfolio of products (scores, attributes, alerts, link analysis) via a strong and comprehensive product portfolio strategy and roadmap planning (migrate, exit, enhance) based on market and segment needs; Delivery of best in class Fraud platform evolution and micro services to meet market needs and fraud mitigation.
  • Product Release/Enhancement Planning: create release plan, work with other groups to drive the release and ensure that all aspects of the release planning process are complete upon product availability (IT, Operations, D&A)
  • Product Strategy: Development and execution of a comprehensive product portfolio plan, including the utilization of channels, pricing and promotions to maximize growth and alignment across consumer and commercial segments. Determine buy/build/partner decisions in conjunctions with Fraud consultant & strategy leads and other pertinent strategic stakeholders
  • New Product Innovation: seek and validate new market opportunities/address market problems that align to Growth Playbook plans; lead the resulting solution delivery from concept, business case approval and in-market delivery.
  • Go To Market Strategy: Determine product positioning & Go to Market strategy in collaboration with Marketing for all markets and all buyer types, including the creation of supporting collateral and product launch plans and management of the overall strategy
  • KPI Measurement: Define key measurements of product line performance and success criteria. Support tracking efforts and provide market data for the analysis of each segment of the product line; Work with Sales, Sales Performance, Consulting Services and Pricing to develop and achieve product revenue and profitability objectives

What experience you need

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in product management in a solid Fraud Solutions and/or ID Management environment, strategic planning role(s) in a complex business environment
  • Exceptional business acumen
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of B2B marketing process in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar field
  • MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
