The Human Resources Pension Team at Queen's University is seeking an IT professional with the ability to translate business requirements into system processes for the position of Business Analyst. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing large complex databases with some relation to Human Resources. The role will require someone who has an analytical approach to problem solving and solution development, is able to communicate with technical and non-technical professionals and is an effective collaborator with experience collaborating with systems users, IT professionals, vendors, and other typical stakeholders of enterprise systems. Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft would be an asset.
As Queen's University is transitioning its pension plan from one that is managed and administrated by one institution to a plan that is shared across multiple institutions, joining the team would provide the incumbent with the exciting opportunity to be part of this change. Queen's is one of the post-secondary institutions spearheading this change, and this position will play a key role in developing new processes and strategies that will work equally across the partner institutions. Additionally, as the pension plan evolves so too will this role, making it an exciting time to join the Queen's Pension Team in this capacity.
