Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Contract)

About the Role

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst term contract role will be focused on project implementations in the Microsoft Dynamics suite of cloud based business management apps. You must have experience in implementing functional, no code/low code capabilities of CRM. In addition to configuring CRM, this role will require an ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally to manage expectations, solicit requirements and provide status updates.

Your Day to Day

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform to support business objectives, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Serve as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, system configurations, and user guides.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and functionalities, ensuring our solutions leverage the best possible technology.

Experience You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of public sector processes and regulatory requirements.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) is highly desirable.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
