You'll work across the business to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve the way we work. You will: Own and maintain the roadmap and backlog for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related innovation initiatives. Partner with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve customer experience, employee experience, productivity, and business outcomes. Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, adoption potential, cost, risk, and strategic alignment. Translate business needs into user stories, process designs, technical requirements, governance controls, and measurable success metrics. Configure, prototype, test, troubleshoot, and help deliver AI and Power Platform solutions while coordinating with developers, architects, and other technical specialists when needed. Lead discovery workshops, demonstrations, pilots, user acceptance testing, training, and solution adoption activities. Manage platform administration, licensing, capacity, environments, security, connectors, and lifecycle management in partnership with IT, Security, Privacy, and Architecture teams. Monitor usage, adoption, platform health, costs, and realized business value to continuously improve our investment decisions. Help establish practical governance that enables innovation while protecting our people, customers, data, and business. Experience managing licensing, consumption, capacity, utilization, forecasting, and technology-related costs. Ability to configure and troubleshoot low-code and AI solutions while understanding when to engage deeper technical expertise. Experience developing roadmaps and managing competing priorities across technically complex initiatives. Strong business analysis, discovery, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of enterprise governance practices related to security, data access, identity, environments, supportability, and change management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical, operational, and executive audiences. Nice to Have Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
