TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for Bilingual Business analyst This is a 12 month contract located in Scarborough, ON / Hybrid (Hybrid/ 3 days office) Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 5 + years of Experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, process improvement, testing, or technology implementation. Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Branch, Project, business, technology, and external partners. Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call support environment as business or operational needs require. Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience and knowledge with retail banking operations is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and contribute to practical solutions Ability to collaborate effectively with Branch, business, technology, Project, and external partners Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Requirements
