Job summary

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Finance, Investment Management, and Private Equity Valuations. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Private Equity valuations and will work closely with valuation teams, deal teams, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver accurate, auditable financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end process mapping for Private Equity valuation workflows, including inputs, transformations, outputs, and dependencies. Work closely with PE Valuations, Deal Teams, and Engineering to resolve business and design decisions. Define and refine business requirements and acceptance criteria for valuation-related solutions. Design human-in-the-loop review processes, including analyst review, overrides, and approval/sign-off workflows. Manage and maintain data schemas, field definitions, mandatory/optional attributes, source hierarchy, and controlled vocabularies. Validate system/prototype outputs against real Private Equity deal models to ensure financial accuracy and auditability. Define configurable valuation parameters such as tolerance thresholds, recency windows, and EBITDA margin thresholds. Coordinate UAT, test case development, and business validation for financial and valuation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with deal team expectations and valuation methodologies. Required Skills 5–10 years of experience in Private Equity Valuations. Strong knowledge of Trading Comparables, Precedent Transactions, EV Bridges, and Multiple Selection. Experience working in Finance, Investment Management, or Private Equity environments. Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Knowledge of IFRS Fair Value Measurement and audit-readiness requirements. Strong stakeholder management skills across Deal Teams, Valuation Groups, and Engineering teams. Understanding of data modeling, schema design, JSON structures, and structured financial data. Experience with UAT coordination and test case design for financial applications. Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
