Senior Business Analyst – I&IT Role: Senior Business Analyst Focus: Business Analysis | Requirements | Process Improvement | Governance | Stakeholder Management Core Responsibilities Lead business analysis for complex I&IT initiatives involving diverse business and technology stakeholders. Elicit, analyze, document, validate, prioritize, and manage business, functional, non-functional, process, and data requirements. Facilitate interviews, workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations to gather and validate requirements. Develop use cases, business rules, process models, data models, workflows, and requirements specifications. Conduct current-state/future-state analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement, modernization, and transformation. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation and operational transition. Analyze business problems, risks, opportunities, dependencies, constraints, and strategic objectives and develop evidence-based recommendations. Support governance activities including business cases, options analysis, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, decision papers, and executive briefings. Ensure alignment with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture standards, SDLC methodologies, and project gating requirements. Facilitate complex discussions and decision-making across business, technical, executive, vendor, and project stakeholders. Support benefits realization, performance measurement, business readiness, and post-implementation evaluation. Must-Have Skills Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex I&IT initiatives. Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability experience. Strong business process analysis, re-engineering, current/future-state modelling, and service modernization experience. Experience with governance, risk/issue management, business cases, options analysis, and quality assurance. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent requirements/traceability tools such as IBM DOORS. Advanced Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and business modelling tools. Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Lead business analysis for complex I&IT initiatives by eliciting and managing functional and non-functional requirements. Develop process models and conduct current/future-state analysis to drive modernization and strategic business improvements.

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex I&IT projects with strong skills in process re-engineering and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and business modeling tools is required.
