Business & Functional Analysis •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives •Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories •Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systems •Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs 2. Payments Domain Expertise • Work across key payments areas: o Wire Payments (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS) o ACH / SEPA o Real-Time Payments (RTP) / Faster Payments o Cards & Merchant Payments • Understand end-to-end payment lifecycle: o Initiation → Validation → Clearing → Settlement → Reconciliation Domain Skills • Strong experience in Payments (mandatory) • Knowledge of: o ISO 20022 o SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) o Payment hubs / core banking systems Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Payments Business Analyst with deep domain expertise across payments processing, clearing & settlement, and digital payments ecosystems. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, solution design, and delivery across payment platforms. Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year Note: TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
