Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the Cyber Security Program and Digital Systems Strategy. This role will work across business, operational, site, commercial, and technology teams to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, assess organizational and process impacts, and support successful solution delivery and adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience navigating complex, multi-site environments and driving readiness for enterprise transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Partner with business, operational, site, and technology stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and communicate business requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectives and operational needs. Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation. Lead stakeholder analysis, business process reviews, impact assessments, and requirements-gathering activities to identify challenges, define scope, and support readiness planning across multiple sites and user groups. Maintain and continuously refine requirements, process documentation, impact assessments, and other business analysis artifacts throughout the program lifecycle as business and technical needs evolve. Collaborate with project, change management, and technical delivery teams to support solution development, testing, deployment readiness, training, organizational change, and successful adoption of new capabilities. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7–10+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, technology, cybersecurity, or business readiness programs, with strong experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, facilitation, and process improvement. Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex organizational and technology challenges, identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and communicate recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience leading stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation across multiple business units and geographically dispersed teams. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables and support solution delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives and functional requirements. Experience working in complex program environments with multiple priorities, dependencies, and aggressive timelines, along with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies and Business Analysis best practices. Pay: $90-105 per/hour 12 month contract, four days on site for the first 3 months and three days on site for the remainder of the contract. Location is in downtown Vancouver, BC - we will only be considering candidates that currently live within commuting distance to the office.
