Roles and Responsibilities Gather, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases. Analyze business trends, patterns, and performance metrics. Create and monitor KPIs to measure business performance. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs. Automate regular reports and improve reporting processes. Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify business problems and recommend data-driven solutions. Present analytical findings and insights to management teams. Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models. Required Technical Skills SQL: Joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregate functions, and window functions. Power BI: Dashboard development, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report publishing. Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, and formulas. Data Visualization: Ability to present complex data through clear and meaningful visualizations. Data Analysis: Trend analysis, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis. Data Modeling: Understanding of fact tables, dimension tables, and star schema. ETL Processes: Basic understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading. Communication: Ability to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
