Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder interviews, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications. Work closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and business stakeholders. Support solution design and ensure requirements are clearly understood by the development team. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements. Track requirements, changes, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Support implementation, training, and post-production activities where required. Required Skills Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development processes. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart. Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools. Understanding of APIs and basic technical architecture. Domain experience in areas such as finance, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, or ERP is an advantage.

Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows is expected; SQL, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, process modeling, and reporting tools are preferred.
