Job summary
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and discussions. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for development teams. Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications. Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Clarify requirements and resolve functional questions during development and testing. Review test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users. Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts. Analyze existing processes and recommend efficient solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. Maintain requirement documentation and ensure proper traceability. Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights when required. Required Skills Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Understanding of UAT, test cases, and software testing processes. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
