Job DescriptionThe Quality Domain Business Analyst plays a key role in a large-scale SAP Quality Management (QM) deployment for a regulated aerospace client in the Montréal area. This role acts as the primary link between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring requirements clarity, solution alignment, and successful delivery across design, testing, and deployment phases. The position requires strong SAP QM expertise, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work in a bilingual and regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for requirements between business stakeholders and project teams, reviewing, clarifying, and validating business needsFacilitate and document design workshops and contribute to design-phase deliverablesCo-author integration test plans and execute system integration and user acceptance test cyclesTrack, manage, and coordinate defect resolution with technical and functional teamsSupport business users during UAT planning and executionProvide onsite support during go-live and post–go-live hypercare periodsCollaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with SAP QM standards and deployment practicesPrepare deployment and training documentation and support key-user knowledge transferParticipate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and quality gatesEnsure adherence to IT governance, security, and cybersecurity requirementsQualificationsRequired SkillsProven experience in business analysis, including requirements documentation and workshop facilitationHands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) moduleStrong testing experience (SIT and UAT), including test planning and defect managementExperience working in agile delivery environmentsFull professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)Nice to Have SkillsExperience in aerospace or other highly regulated industriesExposure to large-scale SAP deploymentsFamiliarity with compliance, quality, or regulatory frameworksAdditional InformationWhy Join Sopra Steria Canada?Sopra Steria Canada is proud to be certified as a “Great Place to Work” 2026, a recognition that reflects our commitment to creating an inspiring, supportive, and people‑first environment where every employee can thrive.What you can look forward to:Competitive compensation including a strong base salary and annual performance bonus.A comprehensive, fully covered benefits package designed with your well‑being in mind:life insurance,long-term disability,health, dental, and vision coverage,plus a health spending account for additional flexibility.Sopra Steria covers 100% of premiums, so you can focus on growing your career with total peace of mind.
