About The Role The Business Analyst (BA) participates in all phases of analysis involving medium complexity business requirements for medium to large software solutions involving cross-functional clients. The BA analyzes business needs and documents business processes; facilitates the development of recommendations to streamline processes; and develops functional specifications for software implementation, development, and integration. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and 2 years of related experience in areas such as business analysis, working with enterprise level applications in a large, complex, technically focused environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Good knowledge of requirements elicitation, quality assurance, and change management best practices. Good knowledge of facilitating business process re-engineering and improvement. Good knowledge of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
