Job Description What is the opportunity? You will be responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size projects utilizing Agile best practices and frameworks. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals with minimal or no guidance in the full range of typical situations. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Retail Investments Business Areas and Technology. What will you do? Facilitate collaborative sessions with various of business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review Lead 1:1 elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of problem-domain and prepare requirements for agile team Analyze and document scope of the business solution using RBC and industry-standard requirements techniques Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements, using enterprise requirements methodology Prepare requirements for review . Applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessions Conduct coverage analysis to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, testing through to implementation Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates and manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (minimum) Strong business analysis and systems analysis skills. Working knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation) - such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile Experience in Requirements analysis and quality documentation: Scope Modelling, Business Process Modelling, Excellent collaboration skills, detail oriented, and Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication Nice-to-have Masters Certificate in Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification Experience with JIRA and Confluence Experience in Retail Investments in Mutual Funds and GICs What’s in it for you?
