Job summary
Job Descriptions: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong banking domain knowledge to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and project managers to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking products, processes, payments, lending, deposits, digital banking, regulatory requirements, and financial systems, along with strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from banking stakeholders. Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users to understand business processes and pain points. Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Define acceptance criteria and support the development and testing teams in requirement clarification. Analyze business impacts of new products, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and process changes. Support UAT, including test-scenario preparation, defect analysis, business validation, and sign-off. Create process flows, data flows, functional diagrams, and requirement traceability documentation. Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and potential impacts across banking applications and processes. Facilitate communication between business and technology teams and ensure requirements are clearly understood. Support production issues by performing business impact analysis and coordinating with relevant teams.
