Job Title: Business Analyst with AI Experience Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week) Employment Type: Contract / Full Time Salary / Pay Rate: Open to right candidate Domain: BFSI Application Deadline: Nov. 13th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED: This role is open for both full time as well as contract. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Strong expertise in process mapping, workshop facilitation, and documenting business requirements. Experience creating prioritized features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, KPI definition, and benefits measurement. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and FlowAI. Ability to interpret Power BI and GetDX adoption metrics and coordinate with product, development, QA, architecture, risk, and change teams.
