Develop and manage roadmaps, release plans, and prioritized backlogs, and collaborate with business, design, and technical teams to guide Agile delivery and validate outcomes.

Validate business requirements and solution designs, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyze processes, and support system configuration and data migration. Develop project documentation and test cases, coordinate testing and defect resolution, and assist with change management, training, and implementation activities.

Assess current-state authentication, connectivity, processes, and operational needs, then gather and document requirements and future-state plans with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders. Support device migration, change management, testing, operational readiness, training, and transition of the network access control initiative into ongoing operations.
