Senior Associate – Digital Product Management (Product Owner) We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate – Digital Product Management (Product Owner) to support the delivery of Accounts Receivable capabilities for core financial platforms, helping to modernize established infrastructure and build next-generation technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams to define requirements, establish priorities, and deliver critical business outcomes. You should be familiar with the core systems and tools required for the role, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile product management methodologies. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other AI-powered productivity solutions is highly valued, along with a demonstrated willingness to leverage AI to improve processes, productivity, and business outcomes. How You Will Make an Impact Bring strong Accounts Receivable knowledge and help lead the delivery of key initiatives. Ensure initiatives are delivered in alignment with Agile methodologies and applicable compliance requirements. Prioritize software product development based on business objectives, customer value, and data-driven insights. Identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and business integration requirements, proactively working with teams and leadership to overcome obstacles. Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion of platform capabilities across markets and business areas. Create well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams to develop, test, and deliver capabilities while rapidly iterating on new solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and launch communications with key stakeholders to showcase successful outcomes and improvements. Champion, support, and implement Agile principles and best practices. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve product management, analysis, documentation, and delivery processes. Minimum Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. Experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit, Lending, Payment Products, Financial Services, or Accounting platforms. Significant experience in Software Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership. Strong combination of technical knowledge and business acumen. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and functionality. Ability to decompose complex or abstract information into meaningful and detailed business features. Ability to distinguish technology requirements and constraints from core business value. Enthusiasm for developing effective products and services, with the ability to articulate product vision and functionality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of an organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage scope against team capacity, priorities, and delivery timelines.
