Business Systems Analyst (IT / AI / S/4HANA)

Key Responsibilities S/4HANA Program Leadership: Lead Finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization Define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, and data structures Coordinate UAT, user readiness, and post-go-live enhancements Drive adoption of standardized finance processes AI, Analytics & Automation: Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in finance processes Deploy advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to operations Enable tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.) for scalable insights Build automated reporting for key drivers (inventory, AR/AP, cost drivers) Data & Reporting Architecture: Design scalable reporting models integrating SAP and other systems Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across divisions Translate business needs into technical/reporting solutions Controls & Process Optimization: Assess financial/operational processes and identify control gaps Implement technology-enabled controls and monitoring solutions Improve reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency Standardize and enhance vendor callback confirmation processes using automation and AI-supported workflows to strengthen financial controls and audit traceability Key Relationships: Corporate IT & SAP teams Finance leadership & divisional stakeholders Cross-functional teams (Ops, HR) Qualifications and Experience Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Finance with systems focus Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) Hands-on AI / BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.) Strong data modeling, integration, and automation skills Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
