🚨 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst 📍Location: Toronto, ON 💼 Duration: 12 Months We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / BSA to support medium to large-scale initiatives within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management • Develop and refine Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules & Data Elements • Facilitate Agile refinement sessions with Technology, Product & Design teams • Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps and impacts • Create business/system specifications, process maps, context diagrams, and test scenarios • Maintain requirements documentation in Confluence and sprint activities in JIRA • Support Product Owners with backlog management, risks, assumptions, and constraints • Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA practice/knowledge sharing Must Have: ✅ BA/ BSA experience ✅ Working on Agile projects ✅ Strong Business & Systems Requirements experience ✅ Online Banking / Mobile Banking experience ✅ Expertise in Agile & Waterfall requirements methodologies\ ✅ Strong User Stories, Process Mapping & Gap Analysis skills ✅ Experience with JIRA & Confluence ✅ Experience facilitating large stakeholder groups (15–20+) ✅ Experience with large-scale projects ($2M+) ✅ Excellent communication, collaboration & analytical skills ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline Nice to Have: • Financial Services / Lending experience • BSA experience • CBAP / PMI-PBA certification • Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis “We use AI in our Hiring Process” Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience as a BA/BSA with a focus on Agile projects and Online/Mobile Banking. Must be proficient in Jira, Confluence, and facilitating large stakeholder groups for projects exceeding $2M.
