Job details

Present recommendations and help clients make informed product decisions. Resolve requirements during delivery and support QA, UAT, and launch readiness. Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear, practical solutions. Confidence challenging client requests and explaining your recommendations. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and backlogs. Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, functionality, and operations. Experience collaborating with UX, design, development, and technical teams. Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills. Direct Shopify or Shopify Plus experience is strongly preferred.
