Guidewire Systems Business Analyst (BSA) As a Guidewire Systems Business Analyst (BSA), you will join a team contributing to a strategic Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Transformation Program. You will participate in the evolution of Guidewire solutions by acting as a liaison between business and technology teams. You will work closely with business partners, developers, architects, and quality assurance specialists to define, document, and implement solutions that meet organizational needs. You will contribute to process analysis, requirements definition, and the continuous improvement of solutions and delivery practices. You will actively participate in the delivery of Guidewire initiatives in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment between business needs, proposed solutions, and organizational objectives. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Acting as an intermediary between business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Participating in the analysis of business processes and recommending solutions to improve operational efficiency and business value Translating business needs into user stories, business rules, functional specifications, and other deliverables required for solution implementation Preparing impact analyses, process diagrams, and functional documentation to support solution design and delivery Collaborating with developers, quality assurance specialists, architects, and business partners throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solutions Participating in the analysis, design, planning, and implementation of Guidewire solutions Contributing to the definition of test cases and supporting functional validation and user acceptance testing activities Monitoring incidents, enhancement requests, and functional issues in collaboration with the relevant teams Participating in the resolution of production issues and providing user support when required Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and delivery methods. Requirements Required Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or functional analysis, including five years as a Systems Business Analyst (BSA) working with the Guidewire platform Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, business rules, and impact analyses Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment and in preparing and executing functional and user acceptance testing Guidewire ACE certification French language proficiency required Advanced English proficiency due to the nature of the responsibilities, work tools, and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients Advanced knowledge of application integration concepts as well as REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON technologies Advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance business processes Knowledge of collaboration and management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of underwriting, billing, or claims processes in Property & Casualty insurance

Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least eight years of relevant experience, including five years specifically as a Guidewire Systems Business Analyst. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes and Guidewire ACE certification.
