We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in individual insurance to join our team on a high-priority engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, product ownership capabilities, and leadership skills to drive successful delivery and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for insurance-related initiatives. Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic goals. Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives). Provide strategic direction and decision-making support as a Product Owner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Analyze business processes and recommend optimization and transformation initiatives. Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain. Requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner. Strong domain expertise in individual insurance. Mandatory expertise in Pricing and Claims processes. Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Language Requirement Fluency in French (Mandatory) – both written and spoken. Proficiency in English is also required for collaboration with global teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with insurance platforms or digital transformation projects. Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Product Ownership is a plus.
