Coordinate content enhancements and publishing workflows through content management systems. Partner with developers, technical analysts and QA throughout refinement, development and testing, providing requirement clarifications and supporting timely delivery decisions. Review delivered functionality in test environments, coordinate business validation and provide product sign-off when requirements and acceptance criteria are met. Ensure digital experiences meet Air Canada standards for accessibility, responsive design, content quality, privacy and security. Assess the impacts of product changes on related systems, processes and teams, and document dependencies, risks and implementation considerations. Monitor product performance using analytics, user feedback and operational insights, and provide recommendations to support backlog prioritization and continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert for the NDC Portal and Agent Reference, and communicate requirements, priorities, release content and delivery updates to technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain knowledge of digital product delivery, UX, accessibility, content management and airline distribution trends and best practices to support ongoing product improvements. Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
