Role description Job Role : Business Analyst (Fixed Income) Job Location: Mississauga, Ontario Job Description:- Requires Fixed Income domain expertise and quantitative skills Candidates with experience limited to BRD documentation JIRA QA or coordination roles without hands on capital markets and quantitative knowledge will not be considered Role overview We are seeking an experienced 6 10 years of Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise to support trade processing risk management and front to back trading systems The role requires a blend of business analysis quantitative skills and stakeholder management with responsibility for delivering medium to large scale initiatives in a global banking environment Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis and solution design for Fixed Income products including bonds derivatives and exotics Work directly with Sales Traders Business Managers and Department Heads to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Demonstrate strong understanding of front to back trade lifecycle oDeal capture oDownstream processing oPL oRisk management oAccounting and settlements Own end to end delivery including functional design development coordination testing implementation and user support Identify business and system risks and propose mitigation strategies with clear business impact analysis Lead and mentor Business Analysts and support delivery across distributed teams and time zones Required Skills Expertise Strong Fixed Income derivatives knowledge from a Front Office perspective Proven experience in Trade Processing and Risk Management systems Ability to manually calculate PL and explain risk concepts Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with comfort in number driven analysis Working knowledge of Fixed Income FX and Money Market products Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical teams including remote colleagues Other details Vacancy Type: New Vacancy Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree Canada (“LTIMC”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Health Care Spending Account Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage Life Insurance Annual vacation and other Paid Leaves Maternity Leave Top Up Pay The range displayed on each job posting reflects the total compensation range for the position across all Canada locations. Requirements

Candidates must have 6 to 10 years of experience in the Fixed Income and Derivatives domain, with strong quantitative skills and a solid understanding of trade processing and risk management systems. Experience limited to documentation or coordination roles without hands-on capital markets knowledge will not be considered.
