10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting. 5 years’ experience leading and executing software testing including developing test plans, testing estimates, and test cases. 4 years’ experience testing and implementing the Sunrise Altera suite. 3 years’ experience implementing software solutions designed to support homecare client registration and clinical documentation. 1 year of experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment. Requirements Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Valid Prosci change management certification. Copies of degrees or certification
