The Opportunity Highspring is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic cybersecurity initiative focused on improving, documenting, and optimizing cross-functional operational processes. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between cybersecurity teams, IT stakeholders, and business partners. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies and operational gaps, facilitating workshops, and recommending practical improvements that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is autonomous, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. Experience working within cybersecurity environments is considered a strong asset. What You'll Do Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Facilitate workshops to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and create alignment among stakeholders. Map and document cross-functional processes, including roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and controls. Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis. Recommend practical solutions to optimize, simplify, and standardize business processes. Develop and maintain key project deliverables, including process maps, gap analyses, RACI matrices, recommendations, and action plans. Act as a bridge between cybersecurity teams, IT partners, and business stakeholders. Support operational issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the evolution of key operational practices and processes aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams and organizational levels. What You Bring to the Table College diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical, coordination, and collaboration skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and a continuous learning mindset. Cartographier et documenter les processus transverses, incluant les rôles, responsabilités, points de transfert et contrôles associés. Identifier les écarts, les enjeux et les opportunités d'amélioration à partir d'analyses appuyées sur des données probantes. Recommander des solutions pragmatiques visant à optimiser, simplifier ou standardiser les processus et façons de faire. Produire et maintenir les livrables requis tels que les cartographies de processus, analyses d'écarts, matrices RACI, recommandations et plans d'action. Agir comme facilitateur entre les équipes de cybersécurité, les partenaires TI et les intervenants d'affaires. Contribuer à la résolution de problématiques opérationnelles et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue. Participer à l'évolution des pratiques et processus clés en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques. Collaborer activement avec les différents intervenants et contribuer au succès de l'équipe. Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe DEC ou baccalauréat en informatique, en administration ou dans un domaine pertinent. Entre 2 et 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire. Solides compétences en analyse, coordination et collaboration. Excellentes habiletés de communication, d'animation et de rédaction. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités. Aptitude à bâtir et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec des intervenants de différents niveaux.
