Job Description Seeking a Business Analyst with strong AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, and Risk experience to support banking and financial services initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business/functional requirements for AML and Risk projects. Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders. Analyze KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and financial crime processes. Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Perform data analysis, mapping, reconciliation, and validation using SQL/Excel. Support UAT, defect management, implementation, and production releases. Identify process gaps, risks, controls, and opportunities for automation. Support regulatory change and remediation initiatives.
