We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in API integrations, AWS cloud technologies, and business analysis within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining solutions, and supporting delivery of cloud-native and API-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. Elicit business requirements and translate them into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to support API-based integrations and cloud initiatives. Analyze REST/SOA APIs, payloads, data mappings, and integration workflows. Support AWS-based projects involving cloud migration, modernization, and application integration. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Support UAT planning, defect triage, and production implementation activities. Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement prioritization. Ensure traceability from business requirements through solution delivery. Top 3 Required Skills Technical Business Analysis with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management. API Analysis and Integration REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API lifecycle. AWS Cloud Knowledge AWS services, cloud architecture concepts, and integrations. Top 3 Preferred Skills Banking/Financial Services domain experience. Agile/Scrum methodology experience with Jira and Confluence. SQL, data analysis, and system integration experience. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. CBAP, CCBA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent certification is preferred.
